The word Shamar means - “to keep, guard, watch, to protect” - and this meaning is at the core of who we are and what we do. With our extensive hands-on-keyboard experience in offensive security assessments and consulting, we wanted to bring our passion and expertise to other organizations navigating their own information security journey. Thus, Shamar Information Security LLC was born. With decades of experience providing organizations of all sizes with customized penetration tests, application security assessments, and application security advisory engagements, we truly want to help organizations identify risk and provide them with the knowledge and information to reduce or eliminate that risk.
